How I Stay Tan!

I am not someone that does not tan very easily, so self-tanner has been my BFF for years now! Self Tanning Dry Oil

One of my favorite things about this brand is that it comes in not only a lotion, but it also comes in an oil form which I love! Right off the bat, the first thing that I noticed about this product is the smell. Unlike the self-tanners I have used in the past that have a distinctly unpleasant chemically smell, the products from GSB smell amazing! As soon as I opened the bottles, I could smell the sweet tropical scent coming from the oils in the products! The dry oil is made of hyaluronic acid, macadamia oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, evening primrose oil, organic extracts, and moisturizers. This left my skin feeling super soft and moisturized the next morning!

So let’s talk about the color! This self-tanner gave me a perfect glow that was a beautiful bronze and didn't leave me looking Orange. I put on the tanning oil after my shower that night, slept in it, and rinsed it off the next morning. This product does not have a guide color which I think helps keep it looking natural but does take practice to make sure you get it everywhere. You can leave the oil on for up to 24hr for max color, but sleeping in it leaves me with the perfect color! This oil was so easy to apply, and the best part of this formula is that it doesn't streak! I use the gloves that the product came with and spray the oil on my body and use the gloves to rub it in! I like that it came with the rubber gloves because I felt like I didn’t have to worry about any of the product soaking into the tanning mitt! I also love that this product does not rub off on my clothes or sheets, and it doesn’t fade splotchy!

Self Tanning Lotion

Like the tanning oil, this GSB product smells absolutely amazing! The lotion contains olive oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, organic aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, and not mention intense moisturizers. It left my legs feeling super moisturize and soft. I used the GSB self-tanning mitt that came with the lotion to apply it. I did, however; find the application of the lotion to be a bit harder than the oil. The lotion did not seem too spread as easily as the oil did. Also, since there is no guide color, it took a bit more practice to make sure I got the lotion everywhere

Now let's talk about color. Just like the oil, this lotion gave me the perfect golden brown color. I put on the tanning oil after my shower that night, slept in it, and rinsed it off the next morning. Just like the tanning oil, you can leave it on for up to 24 hours for Max color, but sleeping in it gave me the perfect color. This lotion also was not streaky and did not rub off on my sheets or my clothes.

Self-Tan Serum for Face

I am not someone who normally tans their face when using self-tanner. I found that other products leave my face either too dark, splotchy, or even orange. However; with the GSB face tanning serum, tanning my face has never been easier! I just apply a few drops to the tanning mitt and rub it into my skin! Just like the rest of the GSB products, this face serum smells amazing! The face tanner contains so many great ingredients like hyaluronic acid, vitamin B5, and rosehip oil! It left my face feeling super soft and moisturized, as well as the perfect shade of golden brown! I was a little worried that because serum had an oil-like consistency, that it would leave my skin looking very oily. However; this was definitely not the case! Another thing that I like about this serum was that even though it was on my face, it did not fade as easily as products I'd had used before!
